General Information
The department of information security systems prepares specialists of all educational degrees (bachelors and masters) and is a graduation in the specialty 125 “Cybersecurity”, educational and professional program “Security of information and communication systems”.
The department provides its graduates with knowledge and skills in all areas of information security: cryptography, methods of keeping state and commercial secrets, modern software security systems, protected information technologies, methods and tools of software protection against unauthorized access.
The study process at the department is organized in two forms – full-time and part-time.
Students are provided with modern educational laboratories and computer classes to obtain fundamental knowledge in basic and professionally-oriented disciplines of the specialty.
Future specialists study modern methods and tools for software protection from unauthorized access and destructive software influences, gain skills in algorithmizing and programming in C/C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, assembler and others in the computer classes and the educational and scientific laboratory of the department, organized with modern technical equipment, on the basis of the latest techniques.
